For the badges with cut out holes.
The holes were cut out by the cut out mold and normally one or two holes cut out per time.
So the badges with lot of holes, will cause much more additional cost. And cut out the holes is danger work for the workers, so for the die struck badges with holes, most facotry will quote the more expansvie than other badges without the holes.
We have the better way to avoid this and won't cause so much additional cost for the badges, it is zinc alloy injection process, which can easy come out the badges with the holes, but more difficult to make the hoels to be smooth. But make the hole more smooth will be more easy to cut out the holes.
Base on the comparance, the injection zinc alloy badges will be more cheaper than the die struck badges with hole.
