The professonal tips for the custom die struck pins.

1. Hard mold need to be hard enamel, all die struck pins need the engraved hard mold. which should be baked under high temperature after the mold engraved.

2. For smal size pins, if the order quantity is big, it is better to use more big hard mold to engrave the pin, than normal size hard mold material. That can be more hard than small mold, and can avoid the broken beasuse small hard mold very easy to be stamped broken during the course of die struck.

3. About the metal lines of the die struck metal pins, if there are some small parts need to be filled color, that is better to use cooper material which can be more easy die struck out the pins. The logo on the hard mold is revert, so the small raised metal on the hard mold easy to be damaged.
