How to design the custom badges at cheap price?
To save money, it is better to design the standard badges, like polished metals, with sandblast background, with the metal round border the edge. Certainly the round or square shape is more easy than the badges with many cut out center parts.
In the past, we made some badges without the border that will cause much more problem during the course. And we also made some badges without sandblast at the background.
That is also a problem. So no border, no sandblast, custom badges designs, are not standard design, which will cause much more problems. So please notice this.
Another problem is the content can't be with too small letters, which also may cause problem.
Most custom design badges filled with enamel color, that way it is better to avoid too small parts need to be filled with enamel color for cheap custom badges.

There are two main parts in the custom design badge proof, one is metal parts, and another is color parts.
For the metal parts, we normally only use similar color to instead of the plating color.
For the color parts, that need the exactly correct pantone color to avoid the color confuse and tolerance.
So it is better to check the color parts exactly, and need to check the spelling of the metal letters.
When you design the badges, it is better to think about the enamel color size, if all need to be filled enamel color, that color parts should be big enough for filling. Otherwise, we will print the small parts on the surface.
