Before start the making the pins, we will send the pin proof for your approval. The engraved die struck hard mold for the pins all base on the finished proof. So much more time and careful to check the proof is important. After the die struck hard mold engraved for the pins, we can start the stamp and cut out the shape of the pins. To make the cloisonné pins, pure high quality copper material is necessary. Good engineers will find out and use the top quality copper material to avoid the problems during the course of the lapel pins making. Poor copper material easy affects cloisonné to be damaged when we fire it. All steps need to be checked using the top standards to insure top quality pins. Once the metal pins were stamped and cut out to be each small unit from the copper sheet. The cloisonné need to be filled in the recess metal parts, and then use high temperature fire to bake it to be liquid. So that the cloisonné can be flood all the recess parts. Finished the color filling, we still need to polish the surface and insure the top surface to be shinny and smooth, and finally get the good look pins.
